Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Store! I had the worst experience at this electronics store. The staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in assisting customers. I waited for over 30 minutes just to get someone’s attention, and when I finally did, they acted as if I was bothering them. The employees were either standing around chatting with each other or ignoring customers entirely. When I asked for product recommendations, they gave vague and uninterested responses, as if they had no knowledge of what they were selling. On top of that, the cashier was extremely slow and rude, making the checkout process a nightmare. This store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I will never shop here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs!

Pathetic experience. Scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement in my iPhone. I drove 40 minutes and arrived 20 minutes early. After checking out the phone and removing the screen protector, the employee stated they had no time to replace the battery and I would need to return sometime in the next 5 days. No further appointments could be made. Now that I am reviewing other reviews here on Google, it seems to be an issue with this store. Reached out to Apple Support and their response was, "I can book an appointment at a different store so that way you won't have to suffer the terrible service of that store." Wow!!!!

Yesterday I went to this Apple store to have my battery changed. They made me take off my screen protector before they took it to the back for an hour and 45 minutes. I got my phone back and the upper left corner has a dent in it. I take very good care of my things, especially my electronics like my phone and laptop. I also take off my phone case all the time to wipe my phone down with an alcohol wipe so I would notice a dent like this and it was 100% not there before I gave it to the Apple store. I am actually shocked and just so sad because I paid almost $100 for a new battery just to get my phone back in a worse condition. I paid almost $700 a couple years ago when I bought my phone so I take such good care of it because I paid so much for it and want to keep it as long as possible. I took it to the Apple store itself and was willing to pay almost $100 for a battery because my phone was so expensive so I didn't want to take any chances going anywhere else. I actually cannot believe this happened and am just honestly very sad and wish I did not go to this store. Honestly, shame on this Apple store and its employees for carelessly damaging people's things. This is a literal Apple store I don't understand how the service was THIS BAD and how this was even allowed to happen. I just thought I would share this to hopefully warn people because I wish I had not gone to this store. If you care about your belongings and want them to be treated with respect and returned to you in the same condition, do not go to this store because now my very expensive phone is permanently dented. :(

I don’t know if it’s an issue with Apple’s website but I scheduled my first Genius Bar repair for my iPhone 16 pro screen and was informed after they ran all the tests that they didn’t have enough time to fix it. So I had to schedule another appointment which I live 40 minutes away. If that’s the case why was I able to make an appointment? I understand they get busy but why do they not close out all the appointments?

After speaking with one of the advisors they told me that they couldn’t tell me what phones were there in stock and that I would have to call AppleCare. I had to drive 45 minutes to be able to make a phone to call AppleCare. They said that they would set me an appointment, but it was three hours until they could see me. I asked them to check and see if they had the phone in stock before I waited hours they told me that they couldn’t tell me if they had the phone in stock but then when I called AppleCare, they told me that they should’ve told me at least if they had the phone in stock or not and that they were supposed to let me know what phones they had in inventory. I run a business and now I have to wait two days to get a phone because they wanted to send me away. Their customer care is awful instead of teaching all these classes in the facility where they’re selling products that is already too small. They should be teaching classes offsite somewhere away from where they’re selling products because everybody’s just taking up space and they could easily find a more suitable place so that way they could handle larger crowds. It’s just crazy that you pay all this money for these products and then when you actually need something you can’t get it because they have too many people window shopping taking up space. When you do express replacement, you should just have an area where people can come up and have their phones replaced instead of making them go through days of waiting. I give Apple an F- for customer service. Shame on you Apple I thought you were better.
