One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Print orders always late and wrong. Employees lie. To give context for how bad they are, here's a fun fact: As a policy, they haven't answered their phones for the last SIX MONTHS, but instead of using a recording, they put every customer through to an indefinite hold with 0 chance of ever reaching a human being. Cruel and unusual.

Tried to go and buy a printer and toner cartridge. Waited in line for approximately 5 minutes with one person working the register and decided I didn’t want to waste any more of my lunch break as there was one person still ahead of me and the customer couldn’t figure out which order was his and it was just going on and on. So I left the printer and toner (over $219 printer, $62 toner) on the floor and came back to work and ordered it off Amazon. Printer was $199, and a larger XL toner was only $68. I tried to spend money with y’all, but I’m not gonna waste half my day to do it.

Visited the Tallahassee store on Monroe St. I was glad to see that this store had several selections of the document case organizers. This is my second purchase of this item. It can be hand carried and it comes with a shoulder strap. The store was very clean and the associate provided a friendly checkout experience.

Don’t answer their phones 🙄 even when corporate called them. Order tracker broken, my package will be marked “abandoned” after 5 days and i was never notified that it delivered to the store. Still says “order placed” from a week ago and had to call corporate to get an update email. Very annoying

I tried calling 5 different days and no one ever answers the phone. So went into the store this morning and the phone was ringing and They were just ignoring it. Then there was no one in the print department that could answer any questions or tell me how I could go about copying something. The girl behind the print counter was copying something and she looked my way and just kept doing what she was doing. Someone from another counter came over but she didn't know what to do.
