Frustrating that they're the only Apple certified support in Tallahassee but never have any appointments open. I called and they told me their first available was in a week. My warranty expires today, so it's now or never. They told me I should just pay to extend the warranty (not even sure if that's actually an option with Apple on this), and after further prodding said I could pay $150 for an expedited service. All they do is just send it to Apple, though. I called Apple and they're sending me a box so I can just send it back myself. Saves me $150 and the two trips to FloridaPro to drop it off and the to pick it back up when it's repaired. When I asked friends about their experiences with FloridaPro, they weren't glowing, so unfortunately it looks like they're pretty much only good as your last choice.

They were professional, quick, and easy to work with. My iPhone had an issue charging and it was fixed within minutes. I highly recommend them.

The lady doing the secretarial work has an awful scowl on her face and gave me more information about how they could seize my computer etc. Then when I pick it up promptly after the repair they don't help you package up your computer even if you have physical disabilities. Never again.

First time I walk as a paying customer. The receptionist was rude off that bat. Walked out. It doesn't hurt anyone to be nice!

Extremely disappointed in the services I received from this company. My iPhone was giving me problems and I brought it to FloridaPro expecting to receive a quick resolution to my issue. Didn’t happen that way at all. Wound up having to buy a new phone and waited weeks for delivery. Never did find out what happened with my old (13 pro max) phone. Was told that it was unfixable and that it was sent back to Apple. I wonder why they didn’t give it back if it couldn’t be fixed unless it is now being refurbished somewhere. No explanation provided. No trust from this family now. No future business either.
