I work in Tallahassee and went to this business after work to place an order to have my phone screen fixed. I was charged the deposit and overnight fee which totaled $56. On the way home I realized Crawfordville actually has a phone repair business and decided to have the service done closer to home. I called this business within the hour of placing the order and the person who answered the call stated the order was canceled but I would not be refunded. He offered no rationale and had a defensive tone. I replied, "so you will be keeping the $50?" to which he replied, "actually $56." I said "thank you." He sounded surprised that I did not put up a fight. Bad practice will ruin your business in the long run. When I placed the order, I was told the deposit portion would be applied towards the balance, but I was never told the deposit and overnight fee were nonrefundable. I did not even receive a receipt. The business should add this information when taking payment. Patron beware.

Had wife drop off console for an appointment made 2 days prior. When wife wrnt into the store she was told it's not really an appointment it's a que to wait in, and there tech wasn't even there till monday. No other customers in the store, and I make an appointment and explain what's is going on with console why was I even given an appointment or why wasn't I called to reschedule. Best part is when they guy explained that they can store the console till monday but it's 35 dollars.

I was ready to buy a new phone when I walked in today with my current phone that had charging and audio issues. Dillion at the counter took my phone and was able to determine that the both issues were due to debris blockages. He was able to clean it and my phone works great again quickly. Thank you Dillion and the rest of the staff!

don't waste your time or money with this place. Long story short, I wanted to get my screen replaced and I had to go back to them 3 separate times, costing additional money for their mistakes. And they still couldn't get it right. The first time they assumed I wanted an "after-market" screen replacement and they didnt even tell me about the other option to choose an OEM screen replacement, which is what i needed. But i didnt know i needed an OEM screen. So, after it got replaced with the after-market screen, i was having problems with screen sensitivity and slight discoloration. Went back to them to get it fixed and they realized i needed an OEM screen so i paid for them to get me an OEM screen replacement. They, they gave me the option to either go back to the after-market screen or go ahead with the OEM screen, which would've costed the same additional money regardless of what i chose. So, of course I go with the OEM screen replacement. They say its ready to be picked up, I get the phone back, and they haven't fastened the screen to the phone tightly enough(Its a little loose). So because of that, I'm once again, having screen sensitivity issues. Dealt with this phone screen for 3 weeks and still sucks. Save your money.

First, I would like to thank Chris for retrieving the data off my USB. I actually thought the information was not possible to retrieve. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my visit and happy I decided to have a second opinion. I now know why the business is called "CPR Cell Phone Repair!" Because that is what my USBs' needed. Again, I do thank you and will refer others.
