I dropped my laptop and damaged the corner, which in turn caused my display to eventually become unusable. Scott ordered the parts and repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, it looks like I have a whole new laptop. Great customer service and communication, very happy with the service I received. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent service provided by Scott. I was in a pinch with my work laptop not holding a charge. Scott immediately got me in, diagnosed the problem and had a resolve for me to be able to promptly return to work. Would definitely recommend Reliable Computer Systems to anyone, and will be back without hesitation when needed. Thank you!

Save yourself the corporate run around and expense. Scott is a pro - knowledgeable, responsive, and affordable. When fixing one problem showed another, he kept at it until he had done all he said he would. I highly recommend Scott and Reliable Computer Systems.

Had a processor overheating and I could not figure out the cause. Took the desk top in and Scott the owner located the problem. The heat sink fan had lost one of the tiny foot barb that holds the fan on top of the processor causing it not to cool like it should. He replaced the fan and had me up and running again in about 2 hrs. I highly recommend his service for any of your PC problems.
