Knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. I left my phone for him to replace the battery. He found a very scary condition. The battery had nearly caught fire. It had sparked melted other parts. You could see burns in some parts. He is not charging me for the additional parts but needed to order them. His concern for me was evident. So if anyone with a smartphone starts to see the case bow out do not plug it in. Bring it here to get it fixed. Just the fumes could cause serious problems.
