I’m so grateful for the expertise at this location. The Geek Squad team in the automotive section were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and efficient. They made sure that everything was done precisely and in a timely fashion. I was helped by Amanda, Jose and Wes came in to help as well. I wish I got everyone’s names because they were *all wonderful. They were amazing at making sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I love my new dash cam setup. I can’t thank them enough! A++ service from this team.

Horrible experience! The Geek Squad on the phone removed my internet connection while trying to fix another issue and did not put it back. I went to the local St Petersburg Fl store, made an appointment and explained to a manager. I was upset but they promised to remedy. They keep it for 3 days. Now I have discovered they removed my Microsoft Office 365. Now I have to go back again. They continue to mess up my laptop which is coating me so much time. I can't believe this is happening

Horrible service. I booked an appointment for 1:40pm to get a minor problem with my iPhone fixed. I arrived 10 minutes early just, I checked in then I sat waiting for nearly an hour. People who had later appointments got to be taken right away. It wasn’t just me that was dealing with this. There was an older gentleman who had been waiting there long before I even got there. He tried to speak to them and the Geek Squad team just blatantly ignored him, same when I went up to ask them, it was at that point I left. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you are not going to stick with it, I understand if there’s a bigger issue with the customer before me that it’ll take some time, but the fact that I had an appointment for 1:40pm and a Customer came in late for her 2pm appointment she got taken right away. That’s just wrong. I will NEVER go back to them.

Bought an “excellent” condition Mac that was supposed to come with all original packaging and accessories. When I arrived for pick up it was just tapped altogether kinda hap-hazard like. When my wife and I explained the situation, Lexx told us we could only return it if we wanted. We explained that I need the computer asap for work since my last one broke, she was unpleasant and unhelpful. She told us it was BestBuys problem and that we’d have to call customer service. After realizing she was not going to be any help at all we asked if they could at least give us a different box since it was literally raining outside and the computer would obviously get damaged. The best she could do for us was a literal trash bag. After getting home and being on hold for over an hour and being transferred 3 times they told us the store location should’ve provided a discount for the mishap and there was absolutely nothing they could do. I absolutely hate when companies do the “back and forth” method to burn out customers and make them give up. Best Buy, and specifically Lexx at this location were dishonest and unhelpful during the entirety of the process. Just do what you say you’re going to do, that’s all we asked. A simple $20 off the total price would’ve made me happy personally, because I understand sometimes things just get lost or whatever- but they did jack squat to rectify the situation. Very disappointed and will definitely not be shopping here again.

Pure hustlers.tried to push a service plan that wasn't needed .wanted me to wait 3 days just so they can figure out how they were going to cheat me . Did plug in my computer . Saw the blank screen and said yep somethings wrong .duh!!! pure genius sure shit Sherlock .got it fixed local business.$60 .them $89 to diagnose it .$179 for a service plan, plus whatever they can charge me to fix it. Never again
