I took my Pixel 7 to change the damaged screen, after failing the screen that I bought on Amazon, the technician offered me a solution: use the screen that they trust and give me warranty. After arriving the part at the store they communicated with me and they fixed my Pixel 7 in 1.5hrs. it looks original and I am confident that it will not fail!

Went to Tech Hospital to have my old phone information transferred to a new phone. Met Colin and he assured me that's exactly what they do, as well as, repair work. The process only took a couple of hours and upon my return I was very pleased with the smooth transaction. Later, I had some follow-up questions and returned to once again have Colin patiently demonstrate what I needed to know. Great experience for a senior citizen.

This store is a great asset to the community of St Augustine! I purchased a computer from them and they helped me with setup and sent me on my way. I was trying to merge my organizations laptop with a iMac I purchased from them so I had to bring it back in for so more detailed issues. My issues were solved and I am very happy to say the least. Lucas is a great communicator and really helped me every step of the way. It's like having a mini Apple store in your backyard without all the wait and hoopla. Open late and great customer service. Highly recommended store.

Great service and great staff. My charging port went out on one of my iPad pros. Not an issue since I had another one that was updated. Two days later, the charging port went out on my second one. Since he had not seen that before, he guessed that I may be using charging wires and wall unit that was not Apple approved. I brought in all my wall units and charging wires and I asked him to toss out anything that was not Apple approved. He showed me how to determine it and why it occurred. They fixed both of my iPad pros and I'm back in business. The business of having fun that is. They did a great job all the way around.
