Excellent service today for urgent replacement of i phone 12 Pro battery while travelling out of state. Service was completed within an hour on short notice. Nice storefront with competent and friendly employees and easy parking.

I lost my Iphone and needed a replacement in a hurry. I priced out ITech's new unlocked iphone15 and it was the lowest. I trusted and liked Josh immediately (I am a senior) and he helped me set up my new phone despite not having my old one to synch. I was extremely impressed with this place. I had a weird problem with my Xbox and came here to get it fixed. They were very speedy and knew what they were talking about and tried their best to find a solution. My service was $200 but for the problem I had, the professionalism, and haste, it was worth it. Alex, an employee there especially caught my attention and left a good impression on me and my friend. If you have any computer, phone, or console problems, this is your place to go.

I can't recommend enough! I bought a phone from them and also had a repair done, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was completely happy with the service. I even got a great discount since I had just broken the phone I bought from them a couple days ago. They are so easy to work with. I highly recommend!
