went in the store for a Phone Repair, the guy that Helped us was rude and very proud that he could not do anything. found the most minimal excuse he could cling of to avoid having to do work. His name is Edward, i wish another team member would of helped instead and not this sub par employee. Way to go geek squad. see your phone corner corner

Not what they used to be, average time to speak to a person on the phone, who no longer speaks English, is 10 minutes. When you finally get to them, they want to give you a diff number to call! In addition, they won't even install and program a fire stick without an upcharge! Total waste of $$$ AND, more inportant, time. If you want disappointment, these are your people!

What a total joke, 1st of all everyone here seems miserable and not happy to be there to help anyone. I had to have my Iphone sent off and replaced by another one. Picked up replacement today, was in a rush because i had to drop my car off at shop before they closed so I didn't try to log in or anything. HOWEVER I did confirm with them before leaving that all that is needed is to sign into icloud and all will be restored. Once I got home I turned on phone and guess freaking what.... its not connecting to my network.. so now I am stranded... no car.. no phone and they're closed. Great job geek squad.!

Geek Squad is horrible!!! Customer service sucks. I have been getting charged for the past 3 plus months for a phone I no longer have. I have called customer service three times and they said they canceled it. Well it got charged to my Best Buy account again. Called again today they were supposed to call me back so I didn’t have to wait. Hours later nothing! Best Buy customer service did not want to help me either just ended up paying another monthly fee even though it’s fraud by the geek squad! I will be filing a claim with better business bureau n will never use them again. Best Buy should also be taking the fee off since it’s fraud!!!! Frustrated and furious

I have a iPhone 11 was told by Apple to make an appointment with Best Buy because my pn was acting strange. Was told there testing came back good so they would take it apart. At this point I’d been there about an hr. He came out 30 minutes later and said I had a 3rd party screen. I said how can it be a 3rd party screen when I got it from Sprint as brand new. He said that’s a good ? He sd he could change the screen but it would cost me $200.00. Pn was still under warranty plus I hv Apple care. So I left & cld Apple. After being on the pn with them for an 1hour & 1/2 was told by a supv to take it to a different Best Buy. So each appt was a week out and after I got home from the Spring Hill Best Buy realized I now couldn’t even answer a call. So now I hv great difficulty texting, can’t get into my banking or Emails. So my pn was worse off than before I took it to them. I had an appointment today at the Wesley Chapel Best Buy. Took about 2 hrs they ended up changing the screen. Cost me nothing because it was still under warranty. I asked if the screen was 3rd party he said No it was a Apple screen. So basically they new I was a senior citizen and just didn’t feel like doing the work. He also told me that there was nothing in the write up about having taken the pn apart. I think I was nice at giving them 1 star.
