Went in for a screen protector and charging port cleaning while I was in town visiting family. Discovered after I left that the protector install had caused a dead spot in my screen. I tried emailing customer service and got no response. They said in person the protector would be warrantied by any cpr but when I brought this problem to my local one they said I’d have to take my phone back to Florida to even have a chance of the screen being fixed under warranty. Now I’m out the $40 for the screen protector and another $100 for replacing the screen. Plus I’ll have to buy yet another screen protector. Thanks a lot.

I dropped my phone on concrete and the screen shattered into shards. This wasn't just a corner or a minor crack, but dangerously sharp areas all over and around the screen. The Motorola phone still worked fine, but that screen was painful to use. I was so thankful to find out this place exists! Due to my upcoming schedule, I needed the repair quickly, and they ordered an overnighted new screen and installed it the next day, before the weekend. Was it cheap? No, but what would you expect? The phone looks like new, and I'm ordering a new case for it with the specs they gave me. Super nice, convenient and helpful place.
