Well the reviews confirm the absolutely pathetic service this store offers. Nobody greets you nobody even acknowledges you when you enter the store. Came here to buy two Apple Watches and pick up a phone that was ordered online. Took 15 mins to get somebody’s attention and the lady who came to me said “Use the tablet to compare the watches and as soon as somebody is free they will assist you”. There were literally three store workers standing and talking to each other, made eye contact with me but refused to come and help. I collected the phone and left. Would be ordering the watches online to be delivered. This store is everything opposite of what Apple’s customer service stand for. Avoid this store at all cost.

I visited the Apple Store today to address an issue with my iPhone. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who efficiently handled my check-in. Paul assisted me with my problem and was incredibly helpful, humble, and knowledgeable. He managed to diagnose the issue and attempted to update the parts, but since they weren’t available, he provided me with a new phone. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent customer experience. Paul was highly professional, focused on helping me, and ensured I left with a solution. It’s clear that Apple’s customer-centric philosophy is more than just a phrase on their website—it’s truly reflected in their service.

Normally they take care of me and get the job done quickly, however this last time when my phones back glass broke, they repaired it under my AppleCare, but when I got it back, none of my location services worked. I took it back on several instances to try and have them finish the repair but they never were able to get my location working again, eventually I had to get a new phone and they said they couldn’t even give me a discount on a new phone, very disappointing… at least I got a free case for my new 1200$ iphone 🤡

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I can’t say enough about the incredible experience Amanda provided during our recent visit to the Apple Store. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure that our pick-up and trade-in process (with the outstanding support of Jesus Steven) was absolutely seamless . Their attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were simply out of this world! Amanda anticipated every need, handled everything with the utmost professionalism, and made what could have been a stressful situation effortless and enjoyable. Extremely disappointed. We walked in to purchase a watch, ask help from one representative he told us he can’t help for us, showed two other worker on the other side of the store. went to ask to that two employee and they show the same person who sent for them, that he will help for us soon. Joke. 15 minutes later we left the store. Thank you we will spend our money at different store, where they greeting us and helpful with purchases.
