Diagnosis is free - unlike places that charge just to look at your PC. Rare in today's repair world, especially if your PC can't be fixed. I had a RAM module come loose. He reseated and the PC worked. No charge. I will take all my future PC concerns to him. Eric is very knowledgeable and experienced.
