I was greeted cheerfully as soon as I entered even though the customer service rep/owner/manager was busy with others. She checked my phone to see if the part was available, explained the process, showed me cases that I’d mentioned I needed and then when I’d decided to pay in advance, (because it was nearly the end of the day) she added the charges. This was all accomplished efficiently, professionally and pleasantly. Out came my previously shattered phone in its new case looking brand new in about an hour! I am a pleased customer! Thank you very much! I thought I was going to have to purchase a new phone.

Cell phone battery overheated and expanded. Quickly diagnosed, had to order the battery since it was an older phone. Everyone I spoke with there was polite and understanding about needing the phone back ASAP. Was able to pick up the next day, approximately 24 hours later. Would have been faster if the battery had been in stock but I'm not upset about that due to age of phone. Would go back for other repairs as needed.

I came to have my phone battery changed and was helped out by stephanie. She was so kind and prompt. The way she handled a busy store was impressive. No upset customers despite the wait. She offered the free phone cleaning , which I accepted. How my phone feels almost brand new. Highly recommend this location. They even fix gaming consoles

Excellent service. They were attentive, helpful, & organized. Really good operation here. They called me regularly and kept me well informed. My PS4 was a bust, but not due to the great staff here. They went above & beyond to get it working, it was just unrecoverable. I would recommend this UbreakIfix to anyone, and I will return if I need any help. Great experience. I didn't get her name, but the young black woman was very kind, helpful & informative. Thank you.

Awsome crew here. Only needed to remove a small stripped screw from a console and they were able to get it done quickly for me even showing up 10 minutes before closing. They have the Best service at this location. Never had any complaints and i have went to them a couple times. If you need something fixed they definitely don't disappoint.
