The staff was very helpful. My iPhone needed to be restored so they tried everything they could to help me but the hardware inside was broken. I had an appointment with Apple and they confirmed what Best Buy told me and I had to buy a new phone.

can I give NEGATIVE 10 stars? What a joke; what a rip off. I purchased FOUR TCL TVs and a computer system and I purchased and have paid for this Total Tech Support nonsense for YEARS. The one 43" tv had to be replaced last year. That was fine - they came out and installed on the wall the new t.v. at no charge to me. One year later, the t.v. is broken again. No sound no picture. Another tv has developed colored vertical lines. I made the appointment for repair over the phone and was told that yes, indeed, I'm covered. I was told that I'd be called at 9:00 a.m. to schedule the appointment that day. No one ever called. At 10:00 I called them. He didn't understand why no one contacted me and promised to get on it. Here is it is noon, and nothing. I called again - got the runaround to four different people - all of who said, "It's not my department." Then I receive a voice message from a very snarky technician telling me that it's going to cost me $124 for one and $154 for the other just to find out what's wrong with the TVs. What happened to the total tech plan that I've been paying over $300 a year for years? it's supposed to give me FREE diagnostics. On top of that, I recently had a computer problem and was told it would be THREE WEEKS before someone can come out. I ended up hiring a computer guy who came out the next day and fixed the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME AND YOUR ENERGY WITH THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. AND DON'T PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY. THEY ARE GARBAGE.

Always a pain to deal with Geek Squad members. We bought a computer and after 6 months it did not turn on. While we understand Best Buy cancelled the contract with CyberPower and does not honor the warranty, I was appalled by the treatment the Geek Squad offered. Very condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. The Geek Squad member Tony told us our RAM chips may have confused the computer and he would not touch it. I tested the Power Source and replaced it. Computer is all good now, no thanks to the so-called pros. Be warned, these people are far from experts and could cause more damage than your original issue.

Geek Squad Mobile Audio tech Ryan Wojnarski is a very sharp installer. He warned me of the delicacy in the Prius dash parts, and managed to remove my old system and install an new one in 45 minutes without cracking any of the delicate pieces. He helped me find a unit that would serve my criteria and was all around helpful and courteous. Look this guy up if you are replacing your stereo! He works at the Best Buy in Port Richey.

I had tried to make an appointment with Apple to go to the Apple Store to have my phone repaired. Instead they had told me that "Geek Squad" would be able to help me and it was more convenient for me to go there because it was closer to my house and office. I hesitantly said okay because of the reviews I had seen on this particular store. Wouldn't you know it, the reviews came true. The lack of respect given by the Manager behind the counter was incredible right from the beginning. He literally tore my phone off the diagnostic machine and handed it to me. He was insistent that they could not do as Apple said they would do and that they are not Apple and that Apple cannot dictate what happens at his store. The person who did all the diagnosis had stated that the phones screen would need to be replaced and also the camera and the flashlight and it would be ready by that evening. The Manager (Ed) stated he could not promise that and was very rude about it. Anyhow, I will try and call Apple about this once again and get an appointment at the Apple store, however, this experience was horrific and I will never go back to them.
