I have used their services twice now and very happy with the service. Alan was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They are fast at fixing your computer. Prices are reasonable too. I have recommended them to my neighbor and she was pleased with the service and how they went out of there way to help them.

Folks were extremely helpful in the recovery of two hard drives that were damaged by flooding. They offered an economical standalone drive for recovery, did the work in a day, and reached out directly when it was ready. Everyone was knowledgeable & helpful. Highly recommend!

I needed a job done asap, but Adam and Alan were there for me. Adam was able to swap out a blown power supply for a better one I brought in less than 30 minutes. It's not the cheapest, but polite and professional work deserves a good pay. Besides, being in a plaza ain't cheap (am I right??). They know their way around computers. If you're gonna trust somebody, it should be A-M-S.

I really appreciate the hard work and support this facility has provided for our family in our time of need. When Hurricane Milton came it flooded my husbands Gaming PC. They were efficient and helped us back up and running. Shout out to O’Neil and Adam.

I brought in a gaming PC to just get 2 drives removed so I could send them out for re-imaging to the company that built it.. without looking at it I was quoted 65$ to extract them and another 65$ to reinstall when I got them back for a total of 130$.. knowing this quote was insane I politely declined and went down the road to a competitor that immediately pulled off the shell removed both drives without tools and handed them to me in about a minute, then showed me how to put them back myself without charging saying it was nothing . I wouldn’t expect free work but A-M-S was going to charge me 130$ for basically 2 minutes of work!!.. I wouldn’t recommend this place but to be fair the guy that works the counter was extremely polite.
