This is a mixed review. First, they did a good job repairing my laptop. When I picked it up, was blazing fast, at their shop, good job. The downside is , when you walk out the door, you are on your own. I was having issues connecting to my service, and no one available to get help, due to the part time nature of this business. I called left a message, also text. I am still without a computer 300 bucks later. A simple communication could probably solved this. Very unhappy with after the sale back up no help.

I stopped in and met Vito, who worked on my Dell laptop that was totally corrupt. He had it up and running better than I could have imagined. He was also full of some good information. I'll return for future needs for sure.

I had dealt with PC Doctorz a few years ago and was very satisfied with the product and service. Was in need of a new laptop today and purchased a Lenovo with all the features. The price was better than competitive, I'm picking up another one tomorrow for my wife. Very trustworthy company to do business with and highly recommended. Update 02/25/2021: Had a problem with my wife's laptop 5 months after purchase and Veto replaced it free of charge with a brand new one, outstanding customer service. Wow! Who else does that?

Amazing computer and service support! Vito and Ron are terrific. They have helped me several times over the past few years with various computers. I would not go anywhere else. They are honest, priced more than fair, and deliver quick and quality service. For those of us (like me) that know what we want to do on our computers but don't understand the behind-the-scenes workings of a computer, Vito makes the front end simple and user friendly to meet your needs. I will forever bring my business here. They are wonderful. They did everything they could to fix my PC. It was just beyond repair. I wasn't charged a penny. I want to say thank you again for being such an outstanding part of this community. If you have a PC issue, I recommend you take it here for repairs. :)
