I called them first thing this morning but realized it was just before they open for the day. Decided to wait till later, but they called me back! The gentleman with whom I spoke to is amazing. I told him the issues I was having and without hesitation he gave me things to try before going to the next level of having them out for service. His advice worked and the issue has been resolved! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER COMPUTER SHOP AGAIN after witnessing such honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Not saying I want my computer to crash, but if it does I know with these guys I am taking care of..... Thanks, and my only regret is that I could not give them more stars!

Found this company on google. Can't say enough about Jeremiah. Came and picked up our computer on Wednesday, was very knowledgeable, gave us upfront pricing and recommendations about what he thought was going on with the system. Had our computer back to us the next day and was kind enough to go above and beyond my providing another monitor when ours was not working with no extra charge. Super fair pricing, very quick turn around and would highly recommend. They come to you when it's convenient so there is no traveling on your part. Call them for all your computer needs.

The Family that owns this store care about You and Your Computer. They take Your Security and Privacy Very Seriously. They not only sell computers, They Also Repair them. David, Shawna and Jeremiah will provide a Free Diagnostic check. They can even come to Your House (Locally) If that is what You need. If You are not local you can call the shop. Sometimes Your Problem might be corrected over the phone. Shipping it in for TLC is an option. They will be Honest with their findings. Their prices are very economic. If you are a teacher or a homeschooler You are welcome to arrange a tour for your class. David is a former Law Enforcement Official. He has a short educational video and actual Original computers.
