Eric, the resident iPhone repair guru, did a phenomenal job at the tough repair of fixing the broken back glass on my iPhone 14 Pro, which included having to replace the whole chassis since just the back glass can’t be replaced. The service was completed fast as soon as they received the part from Apple. Great customer service from the front desk and Eric. Will definitely go back for any computer or phone repairs I need in the future!

We took our custom-built computer to Tech Advanced Computers due to it randomly shutting down while playing high-graphics games. The first time, the technician, Jon, claimed he couldn’t replicate the issue but updated a few things in hopes of fixing it. We took it home, and within 7 minutes of playing Starfield, it crashed again. We brought it back and specifically asked Zach (the person at the desk) if they could test it by actually playing the games, since the problem only happens during gameplay, not when it's simply left running. We originally paid $85 for an hour of testing, so we assumed it wouldn't be a big deal for them to play atleast that long - I mean it crashes in just a few minutes. A few days later, we got a call from Jon, who again said he couldn’t replicate the problem after leaving it running for 12 hours. I explained again that the issue only occurs while playing games, and Jon became defensive, even saying, "I wouldn’t play games on the clock" and bizarrely asked if I was implying he didn’t know how to play games—where did that even come from? We later found out the owner has a policy prohibiting technicians from playing games on the clock. Why wasn’t this mentioned from the start? If they had communicated that, we could’ve looked for another solution. Instead, we were met with attitude and defensiveness, all while they didn’t explain the policy upfront. Terrible experience overall. Communication is key in customer service, and actually listening to your customers is essential. Unfortunately, that was missing here.

Brought in my 2019 MacBook Air to get the screen fixed (cat vs computer mishap, cat won) they completely fixed the issue and did so in a super fast manner keeping us informed about what was happening with my computer. They also explained certain things to us which eased my mind about the process. Definitely recommend if you are needing Apple fixes. Pictured is the before and after being fixed

IF I could give 0 zero stars.. I would. The absolute worst experience ever. I brought my phone in on Tuesday for a replacement.. was told it'll take 1-2 days to receive the replacement at the store and I am now going on day 5 without a phone. Unacceptable, was told now I have to wait until Monday the following week to even get my phone back to go some where else. Everyday I have called to check on my phone replacement and everyday its "we don't know what the hold up is or it has never taken this long before" & yet I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE. Will never choose your company to help me with anything again!
