OH CRAP ICRACKED

Had a fantastic experience, the team was very professional and efficient. I went in to fix my iPhone 11 that was in pretty bad conditions and it came out looking brand new, and very affordable prices compared to most other places I had spoken to. I took my phone into to OH Crap ICRACKED on November 6, 2024 around about 2:40 pm..I spoke with Joilo and Daniel. Daniel is an AWESOME phone techician. My protect shield was cracked and I couldn't charge my phone all day. So after Daniel checked my phone out it was discovered my charging terminal part was damaged. Daniel replaced that and a new back cover and protecting shield. In a hour and ten minutes my phone looked BRAND NEW and was functioning very well. Julio is the best at what he does. I brought my 2019 MacBook to him to repair the battery due to it being able to stay on without the charger being plugged in. He did his own diagnosis to make sure that was the only problem. He told me the price and that he had to order it. I was fine with that. He called when the part came and I brought him my laptop in 3 hours he was done repairing it and my computer is running just like new. He’s very professional. His price is very reasonable compared to other companies. If I ever need another repair for any device I will be only going to Julio. Thank you so much again
