Shout out to Mark for his great customer service. There was a mix-up with my appointment. I honestly was distraught but kept calm since they looked busy. Mark noticed the issue and approached me before I approached him and apologized (didn't give any excuses like other people would). He handled my issue promptly and even supplied a courtesy in-store replacement to fulfill a warranty to compensate for what happened. I left feeling valued again. Thank you Mark for your support.

4 is not for negatives. It's for the first-time visitor leaving a margin of error for future reference. They were very clear as to the service time-line, setting no unrealistic expectations and lived up to that, even given a speedy diagnosis.

Technician in chat didn’t even ask about the problem I had with my laptop. Continued to copy paste the same message that recommended making an appointment at the store. I decided to call and it’s impossible to talk to anyone, all they have is an answering machine that tells you to solve your problem through the chat and then they hang up. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I might have the simplest issue here, but now I have to drive 30min to get help. I wouldn’t recommend paying for geek squad, this is my first and last time. I rather get my own technician.

Went last week to fix my AirPods , the techs had them sent in, told me 2-4 weeks and I got a call a few days later, I was in and out both times, zero copay and my AirPods replaced. Easy and smooth process ! Highly recommend before going to apple

What a waist of two weeks with my phone. First I needed to set up an appointment two weeks in advance. Day before the appointment, I get a call. The geek squad employee asked me what the issue was. I explained and he said there is a 99% chance the phone would have to be replaced and that if they don’t have my phone in stock that they would have to ship out at which I said that was not an option. I further asked for the employee to check if they had my phone in stock, and he refused to go check his inventory. So now, I show up and they says sorry we don’t have your phone in stock and couldn’t help me. What a waist of time! Ver disappointed! Garbage!
