Took my wife's laptop in to replace a damaged fan before Christmas. Talked with Terry on the team he ordered not one but two fans to replace the existing ones.Scheduled a time to take the laptop in for service.After Christmas I checked in with him, and he was out on leave for the holidays. That's where Chris and the rest of the team stepped up and got my wife's laptop back up and running again,and at a very good price point too. These guys are truly the digital ninjz 🥷. Thank you guys so much I will be back again if I ever need technical support or help with my computing needs. Five stars all the way!

I needed a battery replacement for my laptop. I called a previous company I have used, but the amount they wanted was WAY out of my price range due to being a full-time college student. I asked the wonderful Palm Harbor Happenings for a recommendation and Digital NinjaZ was highly recommended. I called them and within two days my laptop was working like brand new!
