Excellent service from a great team. Novik was professional and knowledgeable; I love the fact she didn’t just rush and dismissed me but addressed all of my inquiries. The store environment was clean and an open space where you do not feel congested. I highly recommend this store for your Apple needs

The store wasn't busy when I was picking up merchandise, so Oscar showed me how to do something on my phone. Suddenly, a VERY RUDE manager, Lisa, interrupted as we were finishing! Lisa whispered something to him and he left me abruptly without a word. I asked the her if everything was okay. Lisa said she had to make sure everyone was where they are supposed to be. We hadn't moved from the pickup location which is the where he was actually working. To think that I just bought a new computer and accessories, and she treated me like that? I was horrified!!! I might drive all the way to Wellington next time so I'm not disrespected!!! The ONLY reason I gave them 2 stars is because of Oscar!

I bought a new iPhone 15 in February, in the apple store, and almost immediately the problems and breakdowns began. Microphone, screen, camera. I've been reinstalling and flashing all the time. I have visited the service more than 5 times. I have already asked to change it to a new one, as I have a full guarantee. But they change some parts and software for me every time. Everything was updated again yesterday. We'll see.

I had bought several products to include an iPad for my business. It did not have a charger Inside the box so I took a 2 hour drive to this Apple Store in Plam Beach ( which is where I bought my products) brought my receipt & iPad with me. The manager was unable to help me & was rude “ saying there was nothing he could do & if I wanted to return the product I would have to call corporate. Which I did right in front of him ‘ they told me that the manager can give me a shipping label up seen it back. Then when I told the manager he said “ he doesn’t give shipping labels out & to call corporate again “ I don’t remember the name of the manager at this time but it was a terrible experience especially the drive to & from ( 2 hour drive ) all for a $20 charger. I finally called corporate again to let them know my experience & they are ill be sending me a new charger which should of been done at the beginning with this manager. Not pleased with the way the manager at all.

Today was an extremely sad day. My MacBook Pro, which I have had for seven years, stopped working. However, Dare, my technician, turned my day around. He was so patient and delightful that I could have stayed there all day. He helped me find another MacBook that suited my needs. Dare, if you ever read this review, I want you to know that you are a wonderful human being, both inside and out. Thank you, Apple, for providing such excellent customer service!
