I had an amazing experience at the store, all thanks to Allan! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my phone repair. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but his work was nothing short of phenomenal. My phone was shattered in pieces on the back, but after Allan worked his magic, it looks better than any new phone I've seen! Alan was amazing!!! He fixed my daughter’s iPhone 13 Pro Max phone screen, phone camera that was cracked and put a screen protector on her phone. We traveled from NC I didn’t want to get on the road for 8 hours with a teenager with a broken phone. Alan was very professional and patient. Please go see him if you ever need your phone fixed. 😊
