This isn’t the first time I’ve felt intimidated at this store. This time, an employee was staring at me so noticeably that even my 8-year-old pointed it out. I left immediately, only purchasing the item I had in my hands and skipping the other items I had planned to buy.

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I came to print something as I always do. And typically the workers would ask me if I need help or talk me through the process. But today I went in and she was not my normal person I go to but she seemed more focused on the computer than even listening to what I was trying to ask. Instead I had to figure out how to do it myself. So I had to pay more because I didn't know how to do it were as if she would have done her job it would have been plain and simple.

The manager Christina is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I appreciate her help so much. She is an asset to Staples.

Enjoy being able to stop in at a local office store- this Staples offers friendly service. School supplies as well as office supplies, even paper products. Don’t forget the Copy Center. They have helped me out several times and make returns easy. There is a great teachers program at specific times of the year- have your students’ teacher register and SHARE her code. Then when you buy your school supplies or office supplies the teachers get a credit to spend at a STAPLES. Best gift ever for that teacher! Check it out!

For the first time since Staples was built in Lee Vista the associate made me feel uncomfortable. I have done every single project for my kid's school and from my work at Staples. Always got best service and best products. This time I told the gentleman (cashier) that the planner price was incorrect. He did not even look at me or mentioned anything. He continue with the transaction and marked $17.00. Gave me the planner and the receipt. He even ripped (I will post the photo). I told him I am going to check before I leave. He did not say ONE word or look at me. I was not planning to write it but honestly I was sad when I went back to my car. I did not deserve to be treated like I was cheating Staples. In fact I always give money for the community/school bags. So, I took pictures of the displays they all said $12.99. I came back to the checkout area, there was a couple he was smiling, and being nice as soon as he saw me he changed. I told him see the photos. He did not say anything he started walking very fast toward the display and started checking all the planners, one-by-one. He made me feel like I changed the price tag. I even said: "if the $12.99 if for the other colors I do not mind to change it." He did not say a word or look at me. He just pull the price tag for the display and went back to the cashier area. He did what he had to do and then I said I am sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing! Honestly, in so many years in this country I never felt this awful and I am a 53 years old person. I deserve respect. Shame on you Mr. Aaron! You honestly damaged my day by treating me like an invisible human being!
