Organized chaos. Managers and staff are super nice and proffessional. They did a great job getting everyone served in an orderly and timely fashion. However, inventory shortage is unacceptable. I wanted to purchase the 16 Pro max in black and was forced info a pink. Not happy.

This is my go to store for years, and it has pretty much a load of items on demand. It’s super slow, so be patience cause employees are the slowest to approach. I just had my 3rd Mac Pro and it took me almost 30 minutes before the sales girls showed up. To me is a 4 stars due to slow service. I recommend anybody to come and get your apple products here since they are always available. Just be patience cause even if you spend 3k, it won’t make any difference. I will comeback to get my iPhone 16 and the watch for sure, let’s see how it goes.

Jordan is the most rude manager I have meet in my entire life. ———— As everyone knows, Apple's quality has been declining a lot in the last 2 years and even when buying an expensive device like the iPhone 16 Pro, it has had manufacturing and hardware problems since day one. The volume button simply doesn't work. I was previously in this same situation where an employee tried to lime the device, something I had already done at home, but nothing was resolved. Today, for the second time, I need to come to the store in the hope of receiving minimally decent service and being treated with some respect. Jordan, the manager, arrived nervous and asked me harshly what the problem was. When I explained that I have a device with a manufacturing defect and that they had already updated it previously and that's why I wanted another device, he told me that Apple no longer exchanges devices, even defective ones, and that he had no available space and that I should come back tomorrow. I feel disrespected, including by his rude attitude, hearing phrases like “I don’t care” and “I already have 3 children” when I said that I take care of my baby and I can’t come to the store twice a week to try to fix a faulty device. It’s very sad. A brand that has been getting worse in terms of the quality of its products now also has disrespectful treatment in every way. I hope that no other customer ever has to deal with someone as rude as Jordan. —- Update — I called Apple's 800 number and was answered by Jennifer. She was an extremely attentive person who really seemed concerned about the negative experience I had in the store in person and was concerned about listening to me, studying solutions and making me satisfied as a consumer. They created a process to better investigate the behavior of this rude manager, and gave me a gift of AirPods Pro 2nd generation as a way of redeeming themselves. I accepted but made it clear to them that it was never about money or getting anything from Apple and that it was just. Having received professional and respectful service from Jennifer, I was already happy and felt respected. It seems that the same company that made a mistake in hiring the store manager made a very good decision in hiring Jennifer.

Had a beyond incredible experience! I had taken a phone to repair at a different store and they told me it couldn't be done. The reason seemed a little ridiculous to me so I decided to venture into this Apple Store. It was late afternoon so I didn't expect the service to be done on the same day, but there was some availability in the genius bar about 1 hour before store close. After I checked in they confirmed in the back if the repair could be done. Not only they told me yes, but also that it could be ready before closing! In about 45 minutes I was out with a repaired phone. This was great as the store is a little far and I was only in the area for a few days. I had never had such a positive service experience before. I am not sure if this will reach the store management but I want to give a special thanks to the wonderful genius who helped me, Ally, who stayed quite literally until clocking out to make sure my repair was completed. Many many thanks!!!
