My desktop was running extremely slow. I reached out to A Right Solution and explained that at times it took several mins. For a file to open. Louie asked me a few questions and determined that it could be the amount of data on my hard drivers combined with the amount of memory in my system. Louie went through and defraged my system and cleaned up some files that I had duplicates of. I have 2 hard drives. He suggested that I switch one to a larger solid state drive to primarily store my data on. I agreed he did the data transfer to the new drive. I also upgraded from 8 to 16gb of ram. My computer now runs fast like when I first got it. The cost was very reasonable and he was very professional. He called back several days later just to check how things were working.
