Being someone who is extremely knowledgeable on electronics repairs myself, I knew that coming here was going to be a problem, but they’re the only Apple “certified“ repair shop in the area, so what can you do except drive to Orlando if you want OEM parts? Drive to Orlando, that’s what you do. These people are clueless as to what they’re doing. They’ll make you an appointment for a repair knowing darn good and well they don’t have the battery in stock, then you have to stand around in line for 40 minutes past your appointment time only to watch people who came in behind you being tended to before you, order the parts incorrectly and have to re-order the parts later causing additional delays, and then it’s their policy to destroy your screen protector so they can sell you a replacement (funny how Apple doesn’t have to do that, or anyone else. Then there’s the amount of uneducated nonsense being spewed from the mouths of the people at the counters to the unwitting elderly customers who are at their mercy and trusting of their “expertise”, and I think I’m cured from not only ever dealing with Geek Squad, bit with with Best Buy as as a whole from here on out. Lord please bless us with Right to Repair nationwide!

My wife has taken her computer in for a hard drive twice the first time they put in the new hard drive but they did not transfer all the information and settings so we had to leave it again time it was still missing photographs that were supposed to be transferred over to the new drive then the drive was slower also the second time around I believe the texts are rude and uneducated!! All I'm just going to do is get the same person that I got a customer service representative who puts me on hold while they

No wonder these guys are going out of business. Called to see if they had a cable in stock. They said they did, so I drove the 20 miles to purchase. Upon arrival, I found the cables, but the one I needed was not available. I asked for help from the cashier, the only employee I could find. She said we're short-handed. Bought a different cable for $30. I ordered the same cable on Amazon for $10. The store name on the front says bestbuy, but the receipt says Staples.

Horrible customer service. Twice now I’ve wasted gas to come out here from citrus county for a repair and it’s been a complete waste of time. I’m not sure how a business is run this way but it’s actually disappointing. I’d give a negative review just based off the idiot that looked high and clearly shouldn’t work in customer service. He felt it was appropriate to just stare at me when I asked questions and said “well what do you want me to do” -10/10
