Excellent service! I had my phone screen repaired here, and I couldn’t be happier. Brian and Michelle are both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Eugene fixed my screen quickly, and now my phone looks and works like new. The price was reasonable, and they even gave me a warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a fast and reliable repair!

I recently went to Expert Mobile to get my broken phone screen fixed, and I'm really disappointed with the service. They put in a very bad screen that made it extremely hard to use my phone and now my phone keeps turning off without any reason, forcing me to restart it all the time. Before they changed the screen, everything was fine despite the broken screen. To make things worse, they didn't even want to change the screen or offer me a refund. Additionally, the new screen they installed keeps showing strange drops and cracks that weren't there before. This is unacceptable, and I feel like I've wasted my money.

Good service isn’t just about things being perfect all the time, but what you do when it doesn’t, I had my screen replaced by these guys, back in July 2024 and I did start having some problems. I paid the extra for the warranty but I live outside of the US most of the time so after 1 month it had expired by the time I’m came back in September. However I asked them if they would make an exception due to my specific circumstance’s and they did 🙂 they are also much more affordable than some in the area which charged at least 100 dollars more. As till now I haven’t had problems with my screen so I’m happy and would use again

Phone screen replaced very quickly. And they were the cheapest in the area have been here MULTIPLE times and never disappointed. 5/5 stars!! They also have higher quality screens for more but the one I got is fine for that I need it for.

The team was great. Carline is sweet, very personable. Assisted me right away and I even got a free screen protector. They were able to diagnose my phone right away and the cost for repair was affordable. I would definitely come here again for my phone needs. The music play list did not miss either lol. Thanks again!
