I’ve had multiple phones fixed by Eric and crew at cellular nerd over the years, and when I was with Verizon, we used Eric to help customers out who were trying to upgrade their phones so that they could trade in a usable device. Eric knows his craft, and is a phenomenal person to work with. As a matter of fact, I need to reach out to him to fix an issue with my current phone!
