Steve went above and beyond to repair our son’s PC, which had been damaged during shipping. The computer was meant to be his birthday gift, but it wasn’t working when it arrived. With only three days left before Christmas, and several of his Christmas gifts depending on the PC being functional. Steve not only completed the repairs in less than a day but also identified additional issues that he resolved. Despite this, his final cost was still more affordable than a competitor’s initial estimate! Steve’s expertise, care, and willingness to help made it possible for our son to fully enjoy his new computer and all the gifts that rely on it. We are incredibly grateful to Steve for making a teenager’s birthday and Christmas unforgettable!

I own a small business locally and my PC froze, almost stopping my ability to conduct business. I found Always On Computer Inc in Navarre, FL and gave them a call. Steve (the owner) suggested a couple work-arounds over the phone first to help my situation. Although, my PC was still down afterwards, I brought it to his shop so he could perform a more thorough evaluation. The following day, Steve had my PC running like new again. He also installed anti-malware software as well which was definitely an added bonus for me. He also builds custom gaming PC's which I know nothing about but find it very interesting.
