Do NOT go here! I had them fix my iPhone 14 Pro Max due to the whole back glass screen being shattered. The owner had told me I needed a new battery as well plus the frame due to the damage. After replacing, I had to come back 3 days later due to a cellular problem telling me my cellular service isn’t working. When I went the guy working there didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. I was also told the owner is out of state and won’t be back until Monday. I come back Monday and I find out he’s still out of town. That same day we speak to the owner on the phone from an employee working there and I had to ship out my phone to where he’s at so he could fix the cellular problem I had with a phone they lended me temporary. In general it just was a whole mess. A tech from apple told me the antenna is built inside the frame so he recommended I come back due to the mistake and using after market parts. I understand people make mistakes I just don’t think it’s worth coming here since the same thing could happen to you.

I recently took my son's phone to be repaired due to damage limited to the screen, which had a crack at the top. The device was otherwise functioning perfectly. After the initial screen replacement, we noticed that the bottom right corner of the new screen was not properly secured, resulting in a clicking noise with every touch. Upon returning to the store, we found that the screen had shifted significantly, creating a gap and causing it to dim whenever touched, although the phone itself continued to operate normally. The technician informed us that the phone had water damage, which he claimed was the reason for the dimming screen and that the frame was bent at the bottom. We disputed this, as the damage had occurred on the opposite side of the device. He then offered to replace the screen again for an additional $50, stating that the previous screen was now "useless." We agreed to this charge, but upon collecting the phone, we noticed that the new screen still did not fit properly and seemed incorrect. After opening the phone for a third time, the technician suggested sending it to another location or proceeding with a trade-in. We opted for the trade-in, only to be informed that it would require an additional payment of $150. We declined this offer and decided to seek assistance elsewhere. On our way home, we discovered that the sound functionality was no longer working. When we called the store for clarification, we were told that this issue was not their responsibility, and the staff was unhelpful and rude throughout our interactions. Subsequently, we took the phone to an Apple store, where we learned that not only was the screen incorrect, but the speaker wire had also been damaged. The technician confirmed that there was no water damage; the device simply required a replacement wire and a proper screen. After receiving this information, we contacted the original store to share the findings from Apple and offered to provide the documentation. However, they continued to refuse a refund, insisting on the water damage claim, and ultimately hung up on us. Attempts to reach them again were met with silence. . We have since escalated the matter to the company and are currently awaiting a response.
