I always come here for printing services, today I went to print one page, design done, measurements done. And the lady said she can’t do that it’ll be ready to pick up in days… one page. I used the machines and I told her I wanted it back and front and the machines did not offer that. I tried with the machine and it didn’t work, paid my one page and threw it out. Should not be working in a customer service job if you don’t have the customer service skills required for it.

I walked in recently with a package in my hand and a store associate (can’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. She asked me how can she help and assisted me with a package return to Happy Returns. There’s no need to bring your items in a box just provide them with QR Code you receive in your email from the vendor for the approved item and they will take it from there. The whole process was very quick and easy. She had excellent customer service skills. The store is spacious very organized and has great stock of products for school and businesses, including office furniture. Highly recommend! 😃 081524

Daniel who was manning the front of the store was informative, pleasant and has a natural customer service. He adviced me to get a protection plan for the computer chair that I purchased. He wasn’t in a hurry to explain everything. He remained calm and collected.
