Great service, super fast, I always take my iPad and phone to this store. Last time I took a JBL speaker and the guy at the store fix it in 2 minutes. The service is great and I will definitely come back . Very professional, recommended.

First I took my iPad for a LCD change, after a couple weeks the battery started to drain. After 100% charge it drains to 80%, 65% and until it turns off. All within 5 minutes. I called him to check it out but he was out of town and will return in two weeks. I couldn't wait as I was also going on a trip and I needed the iPad for my daughter. I took it to the mall to get fixed. They said it has nothing to do with the battery. It's something else. They replaced the battery and it's doing the same thing. After coming back from my trip I decided to take it to him to get it fixed. He said the same after changing the battery. He said he will have to do an update or check the motherboard. He will need my apple ID with password to do the update. (BIG MISTAKE) I was hesitant but gave him as I trusted him (ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE). Called and text him for updates on the iPad but it was never ready. Sometimes he wouldn't answer or reply my text messages. After some time I noticed my daughters iCloud email is calling me on my phone. I was puzzled as how is that possible if her iPad is getting fixed. When I answered, I saw someone else on the other end. They hung up immediately. I called back but no answer. I went and picked up my iPad. I did not say anything or mentioned anything about what happened to this guy. I went home and put the iPad to charge expecting it to charge then drain as it did before. However, that wasn't the case. It charged and someone else's information is coming up but glitching. I'm not able to go into the iPad. It just keeps glitching. I removed the charging cable and the iPad turns off. I plugged it in again and glitches with information of others and pictures of others. Very interesting...I figure it's no point making a scene with this guy. He's not worth my time. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HIM. I'm not sure why he would do something like this to me. I never had nor will I ever have any issues with him. He seems like a nice guy. Our kids are in the same class. I guess I should be thankful he didn't charge me for screwing me over. I know where to take my business. THIS IS JUST MY WARNING!!!

Used a cheap Chinese lcd, as a result the pixels died in a straight line down the middle. Refused to refund or replace the glass. Had to report it to my bank to get a refund. Edit to the response of the owner: We took it to get fixed with someone competent and they listed all the things you broke while fixing along with a note that they found no physical damage on the device. You actually managed to incorrectly install the camera. The only thief here is you.
