Worst service of my life, waited two hours just for nobody to attend me and my family. There were so many employees walking around doing nothing but talking to one another. People who came in after us received help before we even got to speak to one of the employees. I would recommend not coming to this store unless you want to wait a century for someone to actually help you.

Been there plenty of times and never had a complaint until today. Seems there is a lack of communication to a certain extent between the people who greet you at the door and those working in the back. I waited 1 hr and 15 mins for a phone that had been ready the whole time. Person who checked me out offered no apology, no explanation and when I asked what happened, all he could muster up was "I dunno." Even though I needed a new screen protector and wanted them to put it on for me, I left.

We have been going to this store since forever. Service is always top notch. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Angel and Kevin were perfect examples of these traits during today's visit. Thank you both!

Took my phone for a battery that died just after a year. They tell me that they couldn’t change it because the little screws are damaged and they can’t open the phone. The only placed the phone was worked on was this same store. Twice within the first year to replace a failed screen. They refused to service the phone. Period. I took it to another place where they said they could change it without a problem. The next Chinese junk that I buy will be from a better company.
