I came into this store very nervous and anxious to get my broken screen fixed because I had an extremely important virtual meeting pending in less than 30 minutes. The team was extremely understanding to this fact, and accommodated me beyond belief. They said this process normally takes an hour. And they literally had my phone back to me fixed and completely operable and as good as new within only 15 minutes! They gladly gave me a military discount, and were so friendly and respectful. The gentleman helping me at the front desk and the tech in the back even came out to talk to me and they were both absolutely exceptional. 5 star service through and through.
