The girl with the beautiful smile and long black hair I think her name is Meghan was so helpful. Will definitely go back membership was only 180 a year and the young lady was so knowledgeable. Thank you so much well worth the price.

computer crashed today due to issues with a Window update. I brought in my pc and the guys fixed it for free which is unbelievable. Granted it was an easy fix but they were really cool about it. Highly recommended.

I am not a computer/tech person but this has been my favorite customer service experience ever, thanks to Shari. I felt taken care of, her explanations were so very clear that I actually learned so much, and I felt so taken care of. She went above and beyond-- giving me tips and answering questions about tech stuff beyond just my hardrive. I am so very happy. Thank you so much, Shari!!

Purchased washer and dryer from them. Within 2 weeks the washer was broken. They brought back 2 more items other washer that were not even functional out of the box. The dryer is now broken and despite paying the Geek Squad Protection plan for 5 years (bought 4 months ago) they say is not under warranty. Had to call and be transferred 7 different times and after 5 hours in I still do not have a response nor a point of contact to explain why the warranty is voided. Highly recommend any other retail store. The protection plan was useless.

Freddy is the most amazing person on this planet. When I thought all hope was lost in my computer he made sure I was taken care of. I had been lied to by multiple people on the phone and talked into a $200 plan I didn't need. I talked to Freddy and went in to see him. He helped me, calmed me down, and assured me of the next steps. He not only needs to be promoted but he should be given his own store to run. He is the greatest employee there and I trust him fully. I not only will be writing this but will be sending a letter to their regional and national people as well. Great customer service is what he gave me and he did it with a smile and a genuine attitude. I couldn't ask for more. I was ready to never come back to best buy and because of him I will never leave.
