Ernesto is just fabulous. My laptop was in. Very sorry state. I contacted Ernesto in the morning and he promptly came and fixed it the same day! He always responds to my calls (which are numerous) and even helped me install a printer at no charge. He is courteous, patient, and cares about his clients. Also his rates are extremely reasonable. Most importantly though he is a technical wizard. He stands by his service. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with him. Call him if you need help and want it done right.
