I came to this Apple store roughly 4 times every year for the past decade. For sure, I can tell you that this is the worst one. On this occasion, I came for the second time to get an IPhone 15 Pro (the current model) to get it fixed. Of course I paid monthly the apple care. The phone was bought on January 2024, on April 2024 one of the 3 cameras stopped working, they fixed it, until June 2024 when it fully opened up on my ear and broke the cover glass. They made me wait three hours to replace the phone after my complaints for one that may or may not have parts from other’s phones. They say that they give you a new phone but only the part from outside is new, everything else may be refurbished. It’s a steal. Scammers! Worst costumer care and service ever!

The iPhone 15 has a problem with over heating. It’s all over tik tok the phone getting on fire. I’ve only had the phone a month and my hand gets hot and my face burns. I returned the iPhone only to get a new phone with the same problems Paul long hair and earrings has an anger problem. I don’t care that you have been here 7 years you need help with customer service. After dealing with him and his nonchalant attitude, I asked for the manager, Julie came over and was great. Fix the problem and I came back the next few days to pick up my new phone. Julie is no longer here now it’s Johana who’s a dream manager! Got a new Phone however it’s still getting hot! Help me please

The service at the Apple Store was excellent—the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. However, they couldn’t resolve my issue without a high repair fee since my AppleCare had expired. While I understand their policy, it was disappointing that there weren’t more affordable options for help. Great service, but the cost of repairs without coverage feels steep.

I was told the service would take 10-15 minutes. I got to the store and they told me to come back 1 hour and 20 minutes later. I did so, then I was told 10 more minutes, I left, came back, then another 15 minutes later I cam back again, I left, I came back 10 minutes later after that. Nothing. About 2 hours and 10 minutes after I had left my phone at the service I picked it up. F’d up my whole schedule. Really bad timing and approximation. I do not recommend if you are time pressed or have appointments/a schedule after that.
