Currently I cannot rate higher as I am awaiting a call back to inform me of when replacement parts come in to repair the damage that was done to my previously functioning camera, which resulted during the battery replacement I came in for. I noticed after I paid, and prior to leaving the shop, that my lenses had a good amount of fluid in them. I was told they would use a heat gun real quick to dry it up, that it was likely alcohol. But it resulted in the camera being damaged, and still having a large amount of fluid in both lenses. I am currently unable to use my camera, and am unsure if the fluid that reappeared could cause further damage to my phone. And as it is Sunday, and they are closed, I cannot get confirmation on if it is a concern. I can reevaluate once the work to fix my phone is completed, but currently I am not satisfied. I will say though that the main tech I spoke to at the counter was polite and helpful. I am unsure who actually worked on my phone. Mistakes happen, and it is inconvenient, however I will be happy to reevaluate my review once the damage is corrected.

They repaired my phone very quickly with no issues same day. I had mentioned it was for work due to 2FA and would wait in area to pick up as soon as possible. Only minor complaint is that they don't have a way to buy tempered glass screen protectors or cases for older phones, but I understand them not carrying it in stock (though it is frustrating to not be able to order in). Again great job guys!

The employees at the store were terrific. Great customer service. Otherwise this would be a 2. I had the screen, battery and charging port replaced. The screen and charging port seem fine. But the battery is not. After four years of use the battery was to a point I had to charge it twice a day. I expected a brand new battery for the price I paid. I can't tell that they even replaced the battery or maybe they just put a reconditioned one in. But the battery is not even lasting all day. When my iPad was new it would last two days or more. That is what I thought I was paying for.

Got completely screwed out of $200. I was told by T-Mobile I could come here and they would take my coverage that I pay for every month. I let the representative at this location know this and they said that was fine and we would deal with that after the phone repair was done. Repair was done, and I was given a bill for $200 and told I could not have my phone back unless I paid this. Otherwise they would rip the new screen off and my phone would not have a screen because it was completely broken. $200 is a huge deal to me right now, I cannot afford this whatsoever. They refuse to help me or negotiate with me and I was not told this prior, even though I let them know what insurance I had. I am not an angry person, but this experience at this store was beyond upsetting. I am angry. I got completely ripped off, and it was financially devastating!

I had the best experience in a UBREAKIFIX. AJ was very proffesional, super friendly and went above and beyond to help me replace my S24 screen. I would highly recommend this location...ask for AJ ;)
