In the past six-months, I have purchased on separate occasions from Refresh Computers a certified refurbished desktop along with a new monitor and a certified refurbished laptop. During the two separate business transactions, the professional team of technicians and sales personnel are exceptional. They listened to my computer requirements, both for a desktop computer for home office and a laptop computer, matching requirements with capability that suited my budget and my computer expertise. They did not sell me up or recommend computers beyond what I needed. I purchased, also, an annual technical support package. As a senior citizen, I value the ability to converse with a technician that I have actually met in person. Always, the technicians are most courteous and unsurpassed in there technical knowledge, while patiently pointing me in the right direction, and/or problem solving ultimately much to my satisfaction.

The tech that assisted me with my scanner problem is a very knowledgeable individual his name is Brian and I will definitely come back to him anytime I have a problem no wonder the company I work for speaks very highly of this company.
