Mr. Russell and Peter have great customer service. They are good representative of Staples . Russell is always very kind and professional. I always go to him when I have documents to print for business. Russell ensures that the color copies come out sharp and the right html format to be printed. Russell is also very skilled with the computer as well. I saw him assist an older couple with printing, which they were not as computer illiterate. I love coming to this plaza and sitting down and doing my work. Peter is amazing customer service. What a great experience dealing with him. Will the manager for this branch are doing an amazing job. Chris and Ericka were very friendly and helpful. Wow, what a great experience I have ever spent. I visited this store location . Liltih was amazing and she is my saviour. Thank you, Lilith for being you!

The WORST staples experience of my life. Sent an important document for a very important meeting to them the DAY BEFORE to have a training manual printed and bounded. Received brown paper bag with loose papers and no bounding what do ever. The guy didn’t even say anything, not even apologize. He took the cost off but now I look completely unprofessional AND they cause me to be late because of it. I am Livid. If I was not late I would have asked to speak to a manager.

Been shopping at this Staples for years now but unfortunately that's going to have to come to an end. Within the past year the customer service has changed drastically. And I believe that stems from the new employees. The last few times I have come to pick up my prints there have been errors. To which, I've let go since it was simple prints and not anything major. However, today was by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced. The employee at prints sat on the phone in the back talking to whom I believe was someone she knew personally pretending as if she was speaking to a customer. After about 2 minutes I signaled to her that I was waiting for assistance to which she looked at me and mouthed what I believe was "you gotta wait." Me being the patient person I am, I waited. Waited for what had to be maybe 6-8 minutes until she finally decided to ask me what I needed. Keep in mind there was no, "How can I help you today?" Or "Sorry for the wait." Because not only did I stand there and wait but she proceeded to walk around and do things as if a customer wasn't right in front of her. I told her I was picking up an order to which she printed. Once received I noticed I was missing the other half of my order. When I called to her for assistance she said in exact words, "What?!" I've worked in customer service before and cannot even fathom how speaking and treating customers like this is even allowed? My former managers and employers would never accept this type of behavior! New employees definitely need to undergo customer service training prior to working on the floor.

Very bad manager. Bad service. If you by at this store you buy as is. If you have the problem with the merchandise it's yours problem and no one specialy the manager of the store help you. It's time to him the take is retreat. He does it like is job and it does it like people. The staple store is a good store but this manager make sure with every customer have a bad experience. Beware lighthouse point Fl store.
