Nick is a professional and he knows his stuff. He is very patient and will work over time just to be sure you are getting exactly what you are requesting. He is very professional yet friendly. He took the time out to explain to me a few things I needed and why I needed P.S (he wasn't gaining any commission or anything for his recommendations) He just want to make sure I was comfortable and that I would not have any issues with my gadgets working properly. Been doing business with KNS for about 10 years now. Excellent knowledge on computers / networks. I own a business with multiple computers and a network and I trust Nick to log in to my PC's remotely and fix them. He also comes in within the hour most times when I call. Great skills!

I am not one to complaint, however, after several emails, text messages with no respond from Nick, the owner of KNS, I am forced to write this review to alert folks that Nick said he is way too busy, not taking new customers. I called KNS Computer after seeing positive reviews online. I used his services on 2 occasions. March of this year, i purchased the computer through Nick, the owner of KNS, which he offered to buy from Best Buy, paid $748 for the computer and $360 for his time to hook up the new computer & transfer data from old computer over. In addition, i paid $149 for the microsoft office which he said for lifetime subscription, once i pay for it i would have access to it forever on my new computer. This subscription did not work, product code is invalid. The brand new computer he purchased also went dead after only 4 months. I texted nick which he responded that it is still under manufacture warranty, however, he said he would have to issue a warranty ticket in order to send the computer back but the bad news is he would not be available for 2 weeks. Ouch , it is the pandemic and i do work at home, what am i supposed to do without a computer for several weeks. i offered to bring this broken computer to him to send back but no respond. Finally, i called and he said is very busy and "he is not even taking new customers at this point" A week has been lost, now he said i could go online and get the label to send the computer back which i had done. HP fixed and sent back the new computer. However, I am not able to install Office the one i paid for because the Product code he gave me is invalid. I had sent several emails to give him the opportunity to fix, almost 2 weeks now and still no respond. Got a text from Nick to say he was out of town and he replied to my email which i see none, and not in spam either. Nick is a nice, friendly gentleman, however, his lack of his respond is costing me time , money. If KNS prides on customer service and integrity then i would need them to deliver . Deliver what you promise and what customers pay for as in my case for A WORKING COMPUTER WITH A VALID WORKING MICROSOFT OFFICE and more importantly a RESPOND.

I found KNS via Google. It was nearby so I decided I would give it a try. I reached out for a quote. I received a prompt and professional response from Nicholas. I was updated regularly even more than I expected. The time was taken to explain everything to me in detail with my options and pricing laid out. As it became apparent that there were other issues with my MacBook he went above and beyond driving to multiple stores in and outside of Broward to find replacement parts. I would never have made these requests but I was told after the fact and I so appreciated the lengths he went to in order to ensure that he was able to isolate the problem and keep it affordable for me. I can’t express enough gratitude for that. I already have plans to make some upgrades to my computer in the future with KNS. Thank you so much.

I had a problem with my work computer not starting after moving my office. I called KNS on Sunday afternoon panicked and spoke to the technician. He was so pleasant & told me he would take care of it. He changed out the power pack which was the problem. My computer was up & running within 20 min. The technician was extremely pleasant & extremely efficient. Great service, I highly recommend this company!!
