Refuses to return my computer after a year and a half under the guise that the front desk person jas to find out info from owner of company. He was unable to fix my problem which I totally understand. I wasn't holding out hope for that. I just wany my computer and cord returned. I use thar cord on other computers. I went on recommendation of Harbor Bluffs Living magazine. Do not use him.

I drop my lap top off with Larry. He said it was gonna be ready the next day, three days later it still wasn’t ready and he was still trying to update things and figure it out. He spent all the time on the phone while I waited for 30 minutes on the phone talking about his gigs coming up then he tells me that it’s gonna be $180 do not go to this place.

I have worked with these guys for my business and personal computers. From my websites to virus removal. Now they just did a glass replacement on my phone and saves me a money. I am a happy camper. Bob Bober

Very good computer repair with reasonable prices, prompt service and excellent communication. I especially appreciate that Larry did not mark up the price on the new hard drive my computer needed—I paid what he paid. He had me back up and running faster than a big store would have. Also, I didn’t have to call him to ask for status reports—he called me to keep me posted.

After two appointments at Best Buy - being told that they would have to send the laptop out to the manufacture for 2 to 3 weeks for them to look at for repair?. Stopped in this morning and spoke to Larry Bell at BellTech Computer Solutions... 10:00am we left our HP laptop for him to look over... Got a call at 3:15pm stating it was fixed and everything is there! Great job - fixed the problem and didn't have to set two appointments with a Geek Squad nor ship the computer out for 2-3 weeks. WOW... guess where I will be NOT going in the future... BEST BUY! Thank you Larry Bell for saving our work laptop! We will definitely be back...and they are local too! Awesome service...
