We had a phone with a cracked screen due to a fall. They were unable The didn't have to but they took the time to help me find a used part to fix the phone. During this time they didn't charge me for the time they spent putting on parts that weren't working and removing them. Only for the labor to install the used screen. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely use this company again.

These guys, Mark and Raphael, are absolutely fabulous. I took my old phone in that had major problems and was not able to work because of a damaged port and a broken battery. Yeah I would have thrown it out EXCEPT I needed to transfer my data to a new phone. It was a huge job for Raphael to get it to the point that he could transfer all of the data to my new phone.. Absolutely perfect job. They are the best. I highly recommend them.
