I’m extremely disappointed with Staples. I attempted to order a large batch of business cards—3,000 in total—but was shocked to discover they’d only print 1,000 cards of the same design at a time. When I asked for a solution, they bluntly informed me that while they could print multiple sets of 1,000, each set had to feature a different design. This arbitrary limitation feels like a deliberate punishment for customers with large orders. To make matters worse, the customer service was outrageously rude and dismissive. Rather than offering any help or alternatives, the staff acted as if my business was a burden. Their lack of effort to accommodate my needs or even keep my business was astounding. If you value decent customer service and flexibility, I’d recommend steering clear of Staples. My experience here was nothing short of frustrating, and I won’t be returning.

I found and sat in an office chair ... to find the perfect one. Took a tag to the cashier .... He needed to go back to rightly order it , then told me about $20 charge to put it together . ... And let me take the floor model instead of waiting. Quite a pleasant cashier .... and I noticed that they take returns for AMAZON at the first desk inside the front door.... when not busy with customers first.

Always friendly, knowable, And just GREAT customer service. I understand the need to cut inventories of inks used in earlier printers. They offered to order the HP 21 cartridge and ship it to my home no charge. It arrived on Following Monday as I was told it would. I continue to use Staples for most of my office go to supplier. Ps I did buy a new HP laptop 17.3 " while I was in the store. I plan to make return purchases at Staples.

February 17,2025 I went in with my family looking for office supplies. Very expensive no help of customer service and the cashiers were slow. There was 3!of them and they did not even really look up to see who was in line until one cashier young man said next because the cashier women with brown hair just looked us like I’m going to help you and worked slow ..I guess I’m just use to people in California not here in this Florida Store

I want to give FIVE stars to your employee Brandon and ZERO stars to the actual store. As I stood in line to do an Amazon return and watched your very nice, very accommodating but VERY over worked employee, jump back and forth between Amazon returns and checking out Staples customers. All so he could make us all happy and didn’t get yelled at by either line of people. Which he was. Staples get more employees or give that guy a raise, or BOTH!
