I spent over $3,500 on electronics and installation/trouble shooting with Geek Squad in the last year alone, ( and more in the past) and was always highly satisfied. Today, they refused to honor my two year Total Tech membership warranty on some products that I bought online a little over one year ago. They delivered and installed these electronics and did a great job but, apparently, they no longer offer this service or honor the warranty that was included in my Total Tech membership. That was the main reason I subscribed to Total Tech for several years. I'll update this if they choose to rectify this issue.

Best experience. Way better than I expected. Kyle is a great tech who finally fixed an ongoing problem that another computer company could not fix, even after repeated visits. Professional and knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Kyle.

Buying this computer has been a NIGHTMARE. The Geek squad messed up my data transfer and the can't seem to help me . Zero Stars. I should point out that I purchased then"Total Tech" package. They should change it to "Total Wreck" based on the lack of service and resolution experienced thus far.

Was sent to geek squad by Apple for possible repair on a new iPhone 15 pro max on 08/02/2024. I sat there for 3hrs while they attempted to repair thinking it was just the screen. While waiting I received an automated text showing I brought the phone in and the status. The screen didn’t correct the issue so they stated that the phone would be sent to Apple and they would send back a new warranty replacement phone. 6 days pass…., and I get an automated text again that said I just dropped the phone off to them on 08/08/2024 which was a lie because they had the phone and was supposed to be sent to Apple. They then lie to me and say my phone is with Apple. I call them and they do not have it. Manager of geek squad lied to my face. Through Apple they verify that not only do they not have it they didn’t even receive the request until the 8th and that I wouldn’t be getting my phone back until the 13th or 14th… In addition the entire geek squad section looked like a group of high school kids all just playing around and joking with people while customers stand in line for service. Pictures show as well. They didn’t correct their issue nor did they offer any compensation for my business phone being down for 2 weeks. 100% definitely do not recommend at all.

I dropped my phone and the screen stopped working so I called Geek Squad to see if they could repair it. After spending a long time on their automated service I finally got ahold of a real person and she could not tell me if they could fix my phone but scheduled me an appointment with this location. I showed up 15 min early and it took 10 minutes to just get checked in. Once I was checked in I was told to take a seat and wait for my turn. Almost every seat was full with other people waiting. I asked the man sitting next to me how long he had been there and he looked at his watch and said over an hour. I decided to take my chances as I had an appointment and assumed that would mean prompt service. (Keep in mind I'm still just trying to find out if they can even fix my phone and how long it will take, and how much it will cost). I sat there for over an hour waiting for my turn and finally gave up and left and went somewhere else. I realized that even if they could fix it, I would have to come back another day to pick it up when it was done, and likely once again have to wait for over an hour just to pay and pick up my phone. Take my experience as a warning, do not go here unless you litterally want to spend the entire day sitting and waiting for your turn just to speak to someone. I left so I cannot speak to their repairs, but I imagine they would be very expensive as they have a lot of overhead costs, and probably would take a very long time seeing how busy they are.
