Very happy with the outcome. My experience with Arnold was excellent. Customer service was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Repaired my cracked screen and purchased a new battery. It is a very busy location- especially on Sunday and after 5pm. They gave me an estimated time but be prepared to wait if they get busy because he had to cover the front counter and complete the repair.

My 2 year old wrecked his phone screen (old iPhone 11). 160$ and the phone looks brand new like nothing ever happened. Fantastic service, way cheaper than buying a whole new used device. Thank you! With a toddler, we will probably be back! Lol
