If there was 6 stars instead of 5, I would use it. I had a six-year-old My Passport that stopped working. The problem was it contained approximately 10,000 folders. The folders contained 40 years of images. I had a second back up, but it was missing several vital folders. I decided to have it recovered but first needed to find a professional service who do this service. I called around and got prices from $1200 to $5000. I kept searching and found ECO Data Recovery. They were less expensive for a My Passport 3T. Keep in mind, prices vary as to hard drive type and data size, etc. ECO DR was able to recover 100% of the images. They also recovered not only images, but memories and several internationally shown photographs. I am very grateful for ECO Data Recoveries professionalism and communication. They provided a new drive with all recovered files loaded and ready to be reviewed. I hope to never need their services but should I need to, they are first and the only recovery service on my list.
