Reuse IT is awesome!! They always have rare Apple products that I can’t find anywhere else, and at extremely reasonable prices! The gentleman, Jason, who is always working, is the nicest and most helpful guy who works there. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable about anything tech wise. Definitely a place to check out if you’ve been wanting to go! Just an FYI, they are only open until 6pm Mon-Sat.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to sign up for their point system! They also have a way cool museum filled with vintage electronics.

Just went in (10-29-24) and my mind is blown. Talked to Jason for a good while and he was super kind and informative. There was so much I recognized from a kid yet so so much that I didn’t from many years ago. Absolute core memory. Craziest finds and the most amazing experience. 5 stars and nothing less!

Recently went to ReuseitJAX and bought several items, got my receipt and took the smaller items to my car. I then got my dolly and went back in to get a pair of speakers I bought. I had wheeled one out to the parking lot when the store employee came out and grabbed the dolly and wheeled it back in. He said there was something he needed to check first. He then went back the desk and said that there was an issue with the speakers and that they should not have been sold. I told him I have the receipt – they have already been paid for. He said he would refund my payment and I said that I did not want a refund. Furthermore the receipt states that all sales are final. He then started taking one of the speakers to the back. I tried to take the other one out but another person (supposedly the manager / owner) came out and almost made me drop it, ripping my shirt in the process. He then proceeded to tell me that the speakers were not priced right and that I was trying to steal from them. He said I should know better than to accept the price that was listed and the employee’s word that the price was correct. I told him I paid the price they had marked on them and showed him my receipt. He said he didn’t care and that they were priced incorrectly and my money would be refunded. I asked him what he was going to do about tearing my shirt and he said I was lucky he did not beat my @$$ and he wasn’t doing anything for me. I do have a video of the last part but can’t post it here due to profanity in the video. I was then provided a receipt where they credited my card for the speakers they wanted back which is when I left. I don’t think that touching a person or their property is appropriate. Nor do I think forcing someone not to take what they legally bought / paid for is appropriate either. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from this place and will tell everyone I know to avoid dealing with them. If you do still want to risk dealing with them I would recommend the follow: 1 – ask for the manager so he can wake up from his nap in the back and come out and verify the price of your item so he won’t accuse you of stealing from him as he yells / curses at his employee for selling something at the posted price and you for buying it. 2 – afterwards take your items to the car and exit as fast as you can before they change their mind. 3 – If there ever is an issue with what you bought, pay no attention to the all sales are final printing on the receipt as they will be more than happy to refund your money.
